Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Commercial Advisor with a strong focus on sales and customer service to promote motorcycles and financial services. Key Highlights: 1. Job Mission: To promote and manage motorcycle and financial services sales, delivering a memorable customer experience while meeting the assigned monthly budget. Main Responsibilities: Promote sales both inside and outside the store. Achieve monthly commercial targets. Manage customer documentation (credit and cash sales). Follow up on leads and quotations. Support motorcycle delivery and related procedures such as license plates and SOAT insurance. Execute commercial activities including leaflet distribution, events, and test rides. Provide comprehensive advisory and after-sales support. Requirements: High school diploma, technical or technological degree. Minimum 1 year of sales experience (tangible or intangible products). Customer service experience. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling (credit experience preferred). Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 Commission: $600,000 guaranteed for the first month; from the second month onward, based on target achievement. Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
