Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible sales advisor to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and comply with established policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate sales and meet targets. 2. Provide excellent customer service. 3. Ongoing training in sales techniques and soft skills. We require a sales advisor with a minimum of six months’ experience in the city of Cali. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring achievement of the company’s monthly sales target, delivering excellent customer service, and adhering to established processes and policies. RESPONSIBILITIES: *Generate sales and meet targets. *Provide excellent customer service. *Cash handling and billing. *Inventory management. BENEFITS: *Ongoing training on sales techniques, system operations, and soft skills. COMPENSATION: Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMMLV) + Transportation allowance + Performance-based commissions.
