Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible sales advisor who will meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and adhere to established policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate sales and meet targets. 2. Provide excellent customer service. We require a sales advisor with a minimum of six months’ experience in Bogotá. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring achievement of the company’s monthly sales target, delivering excellent customer service, and complying with established processes and policies. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Generate sales and meet targets. * Provide excellent customer service. * Cash handling and invoicing. * Inventory management. BENEFITS: * Ongoing training on sales techniques, system operations, and soft skills. COMPENSATION: Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMMLV) + Transportation allowance + Commissions for target achievement.
