The person in this role must ensure appropriate handling of confidential information, calendar management, and adherence to deadlines, contributing to the organization's proper operational functioning. Responsibilities: Reception duties and internal and external customer service. Direct support for partners' personal and professional scheduling. Procurement, supplier, and client management. Generation of monthly reports for reconciliation with the finance department. Petty cash management. Coordination of travel and logistics. Support for internal and external messaging.
