We seek an organized, proactive individual with leadership skills, goal-oriented, and proficient in using technological tools. Requirements: Technical or Technological degree in Business Administration or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Intermediate Excel proficiency. SAP knowledge. Time management skills. Leadership and proactivity. Proficiency in office software. Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly productivity reports per client. Presentation of monthly reports to the Operations Management (service vs. cost analysis). Support to the Customer Service Manager in tracking technological updates. Management, processing, and timely response to emails. File management, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
