Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to provide administrative support to the commercial area, managing quotations, orders, and customer service, thereby contributing to the achievement of business goals and customer satisfaction. Opportunity for professional growth Opportunity: We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our team at Facelec SAS. In this position, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to the commercial area, ensuring proper management of quotations, orders, customer service, and sales tracking—contributing to the achievement of commercial goals and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage customer quotation requests. Prepare quotations aligned with technical and budgetary requirements. Track commercial proposals until sale closure. Channel internal departmental requests (commercial, logistics, technical). Update commercial management databases. Register orders in designated software. Prepare managerial reports. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles. Education: Technical degree in administrative or commercial fields. Knowledge: Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; strong writing and spelling proficiency. Skills: Assertive communication, customer orientation, mathematical logic, attention to detail, and stress tolerance. Benefits: Salary: COP $2,000,000 + COP 300,000 food allowance Contract type: Indefinite-term contract Workplace: Madrid, Cundinamarca, Vereda Los Árboles. Transportation route to Madrid provided.
