Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible Inventory or Warehouse Assistant for a key role in logistics processes, contributing to the order and efficiency of operations. Attend to, guide, and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process. Support the sales advisor in sales, product display, and sample preparation. Provide information on products, references, prices, and combinations. Perform complementary sales and support achievement of sales targets. Maintain the sales area organized, clean, and well-stocked. Support receiving, counting, storing, dispatching, and transferring goods. Verify identification, measurement, and correct location of fabric rolls. Prepare orders and support inventory management. Report inventory requirements and customer needs. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of prior experience in inventory or warehouse management. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM — fulfilling the 44-hour workweek Shift covering opening and closing hours, fulfilling the 44-hour workweek Salary: COP 1,850,000 + COP 200,000 transportation allowance + statutory benefits.
