We are a leading national logistics company specializing in transportation, storage, and handling of pharmaceutical products, with over 30 years of industry experience. Currently, we are seeking *LOGISTICS ASSISTANTS* to join the Sefarcol team. Selected candidates will support us in performing picking, packing, order preparation, and dispatch of our stored merchandise at our branch. *What do you need to join us?* - Certified high school diploma. - Residency in Bogotá or access to personal transportation. - Six months of experience in similar or equivalent positions. - Knowledge of WMS. *What do we offer?* - Initial fixed-term contract (direct contract with our company), with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract. - Salary: COP 1,750,905 + statutory transportation allowance + overtime pay + all legally mandated benefits. - Refreshments at the start of your shift. - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; two Saturdays per month, 7:00 AM–11:30 AM. - Overtime, if required by operational needs. - Work location: Industrial Zone, Bogotá. - Monthly payments on the 25th of each month. - University agreements for professional degree programs for you and your family. - Employee fund. - Affiliation with a compensation fund. - Educational allowances. - Birthday bonus. - Growth opportunities. - Internal corporate benefits.
