Position Summary: We are seeking a university student to support sales activities, customer and supplier engagement, and brand experience standardization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in commercial training and insight gathering 2. Commercial information management and report preparation 3. Support in standardizing the brand experience At Summit Aesthetics, we are looking for a university student in their final semesters of Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields to support the sales area, including customer and supplier contact and visits, performing tasks such as: \- Field commercial training support. \- Assistance in preparing presentation materials, quick-reference guides, sales scripts, organizing evaluation sessions for teams, gathering insights on real customer objections, and delivering micro-training sessions of 10–15 minutes. \- Field commercial information management. Consolidation of reports linking training attendance with metrics such as sales and product turnover. Identification of stores with low attendance or low conversion, and preparation of biweekly performance reports. Support for field commercial activities. \- Assistance in executing contests, tracking rankings and evidence, basic event logistics at stores, and managing the delivery of testers, POP materials, and prizes. \- Standardization of the brand experience. Support in developing demonstration guides, sales playbooks, and biosafety checklists. Field validation of proper tester usage. Fixed-term contract for 6 months. Salary between $1\.750\.000 and $2\.000\.000 plus statutory benefits. Hybrid work arrangement, northern zone of Bogotá, Monday to Friday. Workplace: Hybrid in Bogotá, Cundinamarca
