Alma Romero S.A.S., a company in the gastronomic sector, is looking for a stylish and proactive Bar Assistant to join our team and surprise our guests with unique bar experiences. Required Profile: \-Experience in classic and signature mixology \-Preparation of espresso-based beverages \-Basic knowledge of distilled spirits Education: \-Certified courses in bartending, bar service, or barista training with coffee experience Minimum Experience: 1 year in similar roles within the gastronomic sector Conditions: Salary: Minimum wage \+ Social benefits \+ Transportation allowance \+ Additional income from tips Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (1 weekday off and 1 Sunday off every 8 days).
