This opportunity is for you! **Required Profile** * Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in bodywork, transportation, and personnel management. * Excellent attitude, willingness to learn, and adherence to established processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise corrective and preventive bodywork maintenance on articulated and bi-articulated buses. * Ensure fleet availability by monitoring repair turnaround times. * Coordinate technical personnel (bodyworkers, painters, etc.). * Verify proper execution of structural repairs, sheet metal work, and finishing. * Ensure compliance with quality standards required by the concessionaire and TransMilenio. * Schedule maintenance tasks according to operational requirements. * Guarantee compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * Validate vehicle immobilization and release during maintenance. **Employment Conditions** * **Salary:** $2\.800\.000 (negotiable). * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Thursday and Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Workplace: On-site employment
