Job Summary: We are seeking a Collision Assistant with experience in managing collision processes, insurance-related procedures, damage assessment, and workshop coordination within the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage collision processes and insurance-related procedures 2. Support customer service and vehicle reception 3. Ensure compliance with workshop quality standards A well-established company in the automotive sector is looking for a Collision Assistant to strengthen its workforce. Required Profile: Academic high school diploma, technical or technological degree in gas and gasoline engines, mechanics, industrial robotics, or related fields Minimum 1.5 years of experience in bodywork, painting, or related operations Minimum 6 months of experience handling insurance companies Main Responsibilities: Manage collision processes and insurance-related procedures Conduct initial damage assessments and support repair processes Manage work orders, technical reports, and repair follow-ups Coordinate vehicle assignments and workshop supply control Support customer service and vehicle reception Ensure compliance with workshop quality, organization, and procedural standards Employment Conditions: Indefinite-term contract Schedule: Monday to Saturday Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + commissions. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technological program 2 years of experience Age: between 20 and 45 years Driver's license: B1 Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
