Job Objective: Ensure the provision of urban transportation services safely, efficiently, and punctually through proper vehicle operation, compliance with traffic regulations, and respectful attention to users, thereby contributing to city mobility and customer satisfaction. Required Profile: Education: Completed academic high school diploma. Driver's license: Valid Category C2 or C3 license (mandatory). Traffic status: Must be in good standing with RUNT and SIMIT. Experience: Minimum 1 year of certified experience driving passenger vehicles. Courses: Valid certifications in defensive driving, road safety, and customer service. Offer Conditions: Salary: COP 1,750,905 + passenger mobility percentage + overtime and legal surcharge payments + statutory benefits. Contract type: Fixed-term contract. Schedule: Scheduled shifts according to operational requirements and route assignments; availability to work on Sundays and holidays.
