Join our mission to make access to quality hygiene, wellbeing, and nutrition a right — not a privilege. **For students only** ------------------------- FINAL-SEMESTER UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS **About the Role** ---------------- Reconciling 3PL invoices, requesting necessary approvals, and submitting them to the Finance department for payment processing. (Open Market Invoices) Drafting collection letters for damages incurred during transportation, storage, and handling. Receiving, organizing, archiving, and forwarding customer invoices to Finance. Organizing documentation and forwarding RFs (Return Forms) and returns to Finance. Drafting short-deadline letters / stationery and administrative exceptions. Tracking shipments and deliveries of purchase orders processed by the CS team.
