Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Demand Planner with an analytical, strategic, and data-driven profile to transform commercial and operational information into reliable forecasts and optimize inventory and supply. On-site A leading company in the retail/cosmetic sector is looking for a Junior Demand Planner with an analytical, strategic, and data-driven profile, capable of transforming commercial and operational data into actionable forecasts to optimize inventory, supply, and decision-making. We seek a candidate with strong numerical ability, logical thinking, and a focus on demand analysis, forecasting, and inventory management. JOB PURPOSE Support the company’s demand planning by analyzing historical sales data, market behavior, and commercial variables to ensure accurate forecasts that optimize inventory and operations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze historical sales data and product performance Develop demand projections and forecasts Identify consumption patterns, seasonality, and trends Participate in S&OP processes alongside commercial and operational departments Monitor and track forecast and supply KPIs Support the definition of safety stock and inventory levels Detect deviations between forecasted and actual demand Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making Support inventory and supply optimization initiatives · PROFILE WE SEEK Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering Business Administration Economics Statistics Administrative Engineering or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience in: demand planning forecasting inventory management supply planning data analysis supply chain CONDITIONS Indefinite-term contract On-site work mode Working hours: Monday to Saturday Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Professional program 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
