Job Summary: Support the brand's creative and visual management by developing graphic assets and retouching photographs, ensuring corporate identity. Key Highlights: 1. DESIGN ASSISTANT JOB OBJECTIVE Support the creative and visual management of Edredona S.A.S. through the development of graphic assets, photo retouching, and visual communication support for the brand, ensuring corporate identity and adherence to delivery timelines to contribute to the company's commercial positioning. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Support the creation and adaptation of graphic assets for social media, websites, and advertising materials. Perform product photo retouching (quilts, textiles, etc.) for catalogs and e-commerce. Support digital content creation (photos/short videos) for the marketing department. Verify visual consistency across all internal brand applications. Carry out other duties assigned by the Senior Designer or Management related to the creative area. JOB REQUIREMENTS Academic background: Technical, technological, or final-semester student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. Required experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in similar roles (portfolio or professional internships are valued), preferably in retail or textile sectors. Specific knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator (Mandatory). Basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere or CapCut). Basic knowledge of product photography. Fundamentals of color theory and typography. Proficiency in office tools (basic Office suite). Professional competencies: Creativity and aesthetic sense. Attention to detail and visual acuity. Ability to work under delivery schedules. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
