DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking **Drivers** to provide logistical support and ensure the safe transportation of technical personnel, equipment, tools, and materials during the execution of a major engineering and electrical distribution project in Bogotá and its coverage area. **Key Responsibilities:** * Safely transport technical personnel and necessary project equipment. * Conduct urban and rural travel. * Operate assigned vehicles following road safety protocols. * Provide logistical support to field teams. * Ensure vehicle care and custody. * Perform pre-operational checks. * Complete mileage logs, incident reports, and vehicle control records. * Assist with site access and equipment transportation. * Report any mechanical or operational incidents. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Valid driver's license, category **C1 or higher**. * Minimum **3 years of certified experience** as a driver in operational, field, or technical personnel transportation activities. * Experience driving in urban and rural areas, tertiary roads, and hard-to-reach zones. * Knowledge of defensive driving techniques. * Familiarity with current traffic regulations. * Basic knowledge of preventive vehicle maintenance. * Knowledge of emergency and evacuation procedures. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience driving 4x4 vehicles. * Valid certification in safe passenger transportation, where applicable. * Training in basic first aid. **Why Join Eosol Group?** We are a company that values its people.
