Job Summary: We are seeking a professional or technologist to ensure quality and food safety standards at sales points, support GMP implementation, and manage improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Manage non-conformities and strengthen food safety culture Environmental and Quality Assistant A leading company in the meat industry requires a Professional or Technologist in Quality, Food Engineering, Agro-industry, Microbiology, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related fields for its team. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in food retail outlets or processes related to food quality and safety. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and current sanitary regulations. Residence in southern Bogotá (Kennedy, Bosa, Ciudad Bolívar, Soacha, or nearby areas). Main Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards at sales points. Support the implementation, monitoring, and control of GMP, POES, and internal and external audits (Health Secretariat and customers). Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and continuous improvement plans. Strengthen food safety culture through training and operational staff support. Supervise technical specifications, laboratory controls, and on-site verifications at sales points. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts.
