Garment Operator / Sample Maker

Job Summary: We are seeking a garment operator / sample maker with experience in sewing machines (flatbed, overlock, and collar stand) and elastic fabrics for the production of complete women's garment samples. Key Highlights: 1. Full garment sample production for women. 2. Expert handling of elastic fabrics and quality control. 3. Team collaboration and adaptability to production changes. A garment operator / sample maker is required with experience on flatbed, overlock, and collar stand machines (PLEASE APPLY ONLY if you have hands-on experience with all three machines and garment production; otherwise, regrettably, we will not be able to consider your application). A practical test will be conducted using all three machines with elastic materials for complete garments and per operation. Required Experience: * Proficiency in handling elastic and soft (lycra-based) fabrics — MANDATORY. * Attention to detail and maintenance of quality standards, including seam quality control. * Production of complete garment samples, ensuring product accuracy and quality. * Women's apparel manufacturing (pants, blouses, bodysuits, tops, etc.) — full garment production. * Knowledge and handling of fabric pattern cutting. * Pattern interpretation. * Support in finishing and manual operations. * Resilience and adaptability to production changes. . * Ability to resolve potential issues arising during assigned tasks.. * Collaborate with the team to achieve set goals. * Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. * Location: Downtown Contract Type: Service Provision Agreement.
