Optimize resources and manage the planning team At Uniroca, a leading company in the manufacturing of safety uniforms and footwear, we seek a Head of Planning and Scheduling who will strategically lead production planning, ensuring operational efficiency, commercial compliance, and resource optimization. Position Purpose Ensure optimal utilization of installed capacity through efficient production planning and scheduling, aligning commercial demand with available resources, and guaranteeing on-time delivery, cost control, and quality standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience leading production planning and scheduling processes. Experience in production environments (ideally in manufacturing, apparel, or footwear sectors). Responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of the Master Production Schedule. - Schedule and prioritize production orders based on demand and capacity. - Ensure material availability through coordination with procurement. - Ensure alignment among production, commercial, and supply departments. - Monitor plan adherence and manage deviations. - Identify bottlenecks and optimize production load. - Generate performance reports and key performance indicators for the process. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives in planning. - Manage and mentor the planning team (Analyst).
