Ensuring an excellent first and last impression of the establishment **Job Description** A well-established gastronomic business is looking for a Host/Hostess responsible for delivering a warm and professional experience from the very first interaction with customers. This person will greet and guide visitors, manage reservations, organize waiting lists, and coordinate table assignments—ensuring efficient service flow and outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming customers, handling phone and WhatsApp inquiries, managing reservations and waiting lists, coordinating table turnover, supporting the service team during peak hours, addressing initial customer concerns, and ensuring an excellent first and last impression of the establishment. Additionally, effective communication with the dining room team must be maintained to guarantee a satisfying experience for guests. **Required Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or related roles. Experience managing reservations, waiting lists, and customer interactions via telephone or digital channels. **Academic Qualifications:** High school diploma or technical degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service, or related fields. **Work Schedule:** Tuesday to Sunday, **10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**, with Mondays off. Working hours are subject to current labor regulations and operational needs, ensuring timely customer service during restaurant operating hours. **Salary:** Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMMLV) \+ transportation allowance \+ statutory benefits \+ performance bonus.
