Coordinate service flow and customer service. **Job Description** A well-established gastronomy-sector establishment seeks a responsible Host/Hostess to provide a warm and professional experience from the first point of contact with customers. This person will be responsible for greeting and guiding visitors, managing reservations, organizing waiting lists, and coordinating table assignments—ensuring an efficient service flow and outstanding customer service. Key duties include greeting and welcoming customers, handling phone and WhatsApp inquiries, managing reservations and waiting lists, coordinating table turnover, supporting the service team during peak hours, addressing initial customer concerns, and ensuring an excellent first and last impression of the establishment. Additionally, effective communication with the dining room team must be maintained to guarantee a satisfying experience for guests. **Required Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or related roles. Experience managing reservations, waiting lists, and customer interactions via telephone or digital channels. **Academic Qualifications:** High school diploma or technical degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service, or related fields. **Work Schedule:** Tuesday through Sunday, **10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**, with Monday as the day off. Shifts comply with current labor regulations and operational needs, ensuring timely customer service during restaurant operating hours. **Salary:** Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMMLV) \+ transportation allowance \+ statutory benefits \+ performance bonus.
