Position Summary: We are seeking an HSEQ Director with certified experience in heavy cargo, hydrocarbon, food, and dry cargo transportation, focused on quality management and SSOMA. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in HSEQ for heavy cargo and hydrocarbon transportation. 2. Experience in ISO 9001, 14001, 39001, 45001, and RUC management systems. 3. Extensive knowledge of HSE for the oil and gas industry. Position: HSEQ Director Experience: Certified experience in heavy cargo and hydrocarbon transportation—fuel, food, and dry cargo. - Two (2) years of experience in development, implementation, and improvement of quality and SSOMA management systems; participation as auditee in at least two external certification audits for any ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 39001, ISO 45001, or RUC management system. Two (2) years in companies within the hydrocarbon transportation sector. Education: Professional with any of the following specializations: Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Petroleum Engineering. EQUIVALENCE: Minimum two (2) years of technical or administrative HSE management experience and risk control expertise in hydrocarbons within operational activities of the land transportation sector. Training and Education: * Diploma and updates in: Integrated Management Systems and other certifiable transport standards. Certified 50-hour course in Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS). Basic knowledge of: First aid, evacuation techniques, fire prevention and suppression; solid waste recycling management; handling and transportation of hazardous materials; handling and transfer of industrial fluids; road transportation risks; performance indicator management; preventive actions; Decree 1609. Understanding of basic production processes in the oil and gas industry and associated hazards. • Knowledge and mastery of the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Management System (ISO 45001). • Knowledge of current HSE legislation. • Knowledge and mastery of the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001). • Knowledge and mastery of Incident Analysis and Investigation methodology. • Knowledge and mastery of Risk Factor Landscape development and updating. • Knowledge of emergency drill development, execution, and implementation. • Knowledge and mastery of fire behavior concepts. • Knowledge of Risk Management methodology (Hazard and Effect Management). • Knowledge of Risk Analysis methodology: Tres and ATS. • Knowledge of Risk Evaluation methodology using RAM Matrix. • Knowledge of all ECOPETROL HSE standards, regulations, instructions, and procedures. • Knowledge of basic first aid provision principles. • Knowledge of computer tool usage. • Knowledge and mastery of Road Traffic Safety Management System (ISO 39001). • Knowledge and mastery of Quality Management System (ISO 9001). -Requirements- Minimum Education: Postgraduate Degree / Specialization 2 years of experience Knowledge: Decision-making, External Auditing, Quality Management, HSEQ, Transportation, System Improvement Driver's License: B1 Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, head, regent
