A food trading company is looking for a responsible, committed, and service-oriented Import Analyst to manage import-related matters, ensure compliance with customs regulations, optimize processes to guarantee efficiency, carry out all internal operations, and provide timely operational information. Candidates must hold a degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Employment Conditions
* **Salary:** Salary range of $3,000,000 plus statutory benefits + Legal Transportation Allowance
* **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract for 3 months, renewable
* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
* **Saturdays:** Two Saturdays per month, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Main Responsibilities
· Communicate directly with customers and suppliers to obtain the required information and documentation for proper operational execution.
· Review, initiate, and provide timely feedback on requested operations.
· Manage and track data and timelines for each new and ongoing import.
· Coordinate operations with domestic and international service providers, and monitor cost reduction and delivery timeliness.
· Keep customers informed about activities performed internally and those coordinated with service providers, including tracking and other operationally inherent tasks.
· Timely register operations in customs systems and manage cargo releases until final handover to the transportation department.
· Prepare, review, manage corrections, submit, and approve documents specific to each import and export operation.

· Deliver required documents to stakeholders for prompt subsequent processing.
· Operate each shipping line’s platforms.
· Prepare a weekly import tracking report for ongoing imports.
· Prepare a monthly import performance indicator report for imports closed each month.
· Update the daily operations report (Excel) covering origin, in-transit, and land-based operations.
· Prepare individual import folders to ensure complete documentation handover to the accounting department.
· Request all supporting documents required for container return and ARIM documentation.
· Maintain and update all credentials for import users.
