We are looking for a **Industrial Engineer** with strategic vision and execution capability to join our operations team. You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, standardizing processes, and leading continuous improvement projects that drive our organization’s competitiveness. Key Responsibilities * **Analysis and Optimization:** Study current work methods to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve productivity across production lines or processes. * **Project Management:** Plan, execute, and monitor improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S) to optimize resources. * **Standardization:** Develop, document, and update process manuals, flowcharts, and time standards (time and motion studies). * **KPI Monitoring:** Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (production, quality, costs, cycle times) and generate management reports to support decision-making. * **Quality and Safety Management:** Ensure production processes comply with quality standards and applicable industrial safety regulations. * **Resource Management:** Support installed capacity planning and inventory management to ensure smooth logistics flow. Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience in process engineering, plant operations, logistics, or continuous improvement roles. * **Technical Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory). * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). * Ability to interpret management indicators and conduct data analysis. * Specialized software: \[e.g., SAP, AutoCAD, Power BI, simulation software]. * **Soft Skills:** * Strong analytical ability and capacity to solve complex problems. * Team leadership and persuasive communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
