We are looking for a Head of Internal Control At AZUL K S.A.S., a mass-consumption sector company with nationwide presence, we seek a Head of Internal Control to lead risk management, auditing, and organizational control, ensuring information reliability and adherence to corporate guidelines. If you excel at navigating numbers, processes, and strategic decisions, this role carries real impact within the company. What will you do in this role? Lead the implementation and monitoring of internal control policies and processes Design and execute the national internal audit plan Identify and manage key business risks Analyze financial information: costs, budgets, variances, and income statements Ensure physical inventory counts and operational audits across locations Supervise processes such as electronic invoicing and document control Support budget preparation and reporting to the Board of Directors Lead the Internal Control team (assistant, analyst, and junior) · What are we looking for?
