Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Assistant to ensure inventory control, optimization, and accuracy, minimize costs, and manage turnover. Key Highlights: 1. Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset We are looking for an Inventory Assistant to join our team and take on one of the most critical challenges for our business: ensuring inventory control and optimization, minimizing costs associated with overstock or stockouts, conducting audits, managing turnover, and ensuring physical inventory accuracy against system records. Technical or technological degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial sector companies with high inventory volumes. (Glass and aluminum industry experience is desirable) Solid knowledge of inventory control and analysis. Proficiency in data analysis tools. Experience working with multiple software systems (e.g., Siigo, Silogtrans) is a plus. Skills to identify improvements in inventory processes. Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and results orientation. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. What will you do in this role? Analyze and control inventories according to their location. Supervise and optimize inventory management, ensuring proper valuation and alignment with business needs. Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities, collaborating closely with Accounting, Procurement, Production, and Commercial departments.
