Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer to lead and manage technology projects, improvements, and requirements, ensuring service quality and mitigating impacts. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer, Computer Science graduate, or related field professional with eight (8) years of experience in IT application management, PMI methodologies, and SAP HANA knowledge. Job Purpose: Comprehensively lead and control technology-related projects, improvements, requirements, and issues concerning the organization’s platforms and applications in the production environment, ensuring service quality, engaging internal and external stakeholders, and mitigating impacts on the production environment while meeting scope, time, and cost objectives. Responsibilities: Size requirements, improvements, and projects according to the applicable methodology. Develop and manage schedules for activities related to IT projects, improvements, and requirements. Ensure vendor procurement. Ensure appropriate methodology application for each requirement, project, and improvement. Comprehensively lead project stakeholders using KPIs. Monitor the budget allocated to each requirement. Ensure testing and documentation for requirements, projects, and improvements. Apply PMI and Agile methodologies (Scrum), implementing ITIL standards for project execution as team members. Ensure deliverable quality and quality of changes implemented on platforms. Attend company-organized training programs and/or plans. Analyze and propose ICT platforms to improve company processes.
