Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Solutions Connection Coordinator responsible for coordinating the implementation and monitoring of strategies and ensuring operational stability. We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, proactive Solutions Connection Coordinator with close leadership and strong articulation skills, who will be responsible for coordinating the implementation and monitoring of the area’s strategies, ensuring the operational stability of applications, compliance with agreements with technology partners, and proper execution of tasks by technical, functional, and analytical teams. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate the tactical execution of strategies defined by Management. Manage the backlog and prioritize requirements with technology partners. Oversee application deployments, version control, and operations. Lead multidisciplinary teams (support, networking, analysts, QA, and data). Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). Facilitate communication with partners, internal clients, and stakeholders. Consolidate technical, functional, and analytical information for decision-making. Implement agile methodologies and promote continuous improvement within the area. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. Postgraduate specialization in technology, data analytics, or project management is desirable. 3+ years of experience in technology roles; minimum 2 years leading technical, functional, and/or analytical teams. At least 2 years of experience leading technical or multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of version management, application deployment, and operations. Experience managing SLAs, backlogs, and relationships with technology partners. Proficiency in data analysis and reading SQL queries. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, SQL Developer, helpdesk systems, and preferably Power BI.
