Job Summary: We are seeking a Technician, Technologist, or Professional in IT Support to provide technical support to users and manage corporate networks, hardware, and software within a transportation company. Administration and support of networks, hardware, and computing equipment. Support for corporate software, including ERP and TMS platforms. Technical incident diagnosis and resolution. Support for the technological operations of the transportation sector. Escalation and tracking of IT requests. · Requirements · Technician, Technologist, or Professional degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support. Knowledge of networking, software support, ERP, and TMS. Experience in transportation or logistics companies is desirable.
