Experience in user support, on-site and remote support, equipment inventory, basic maintenance, installations, documentation, and coordination with vendors. Technical Requirements: Knowledge of first-level technical support, computer equipment maintenance, software installation, peripherals, and office tools. Knowledge of technology asset management, inventories, equipment preparation, document control, and operational support for platforms. Basic knowledge of SAP for purchase requests or requisitions, as well as invoice and administrative support registration and control.
