Excellent work environment Job Description At Mensajeros Urbanos, we are seeking a SENA apprentice to support the Logistics Resources department, specifically in tracking and monitoring last-mile operations. This person will be key to ensuring the proper flow of services, contributing to on-time delivery and operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities Creating and assigning reservations. Tracking services (Check-in and Check-out) Monitoring service assignments Canceling services that exceed established SLAs Supporting partners (drivers) Managing operational chats Updating and handling databases Assisting in scheduling communications Requirements Technical or technological student in the productive stage (SENA or accredited institution) Desirable experience in logistics, call center, or customer service Basic Excel proficiency Good communication and organizational skills Ability to resolve situations in real time Proactive attitude and results orientation Conditions Location: Bogotá Modality: Hybrid Contract type: Apprenticeship Salary: Minimum wage + statutory benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. What We Offer?
