Key Responsibilities Design logistics center and cross-docking platform layouts to optimize loading and unloading flows. Document and standardize processes through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Lead the implementation of logistics technologies (WMS, TMS, YMS). Train operational teams on new methodologies and processes. Identify bottlenecks through data analysis and propose solutions. Coordinate the opening of new logistics centers or the re-engineering of existing ones. Develop operational efficiencies in receiving, picking, loading, unloading, and distribution processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on methodologies and technological tools.
