Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Management Technician or Technologist to join us as a Logistics Operations Lead Supervisor, responsible for personnel administration, reverse logistics coordination, and basket optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead logistics operations and personnel management. 2. Coordinate reverse logistics and goods dispatch. 3. Ensure team protection and training. We are looking for a Logistics Management Technician or Technologist—or related field—who is dynamic and committed to joining our team as a Logistics Operations Lead Supervisor. Intermediate Excel knowledge. In this position, you will be responsible for: Managing the personnel incident lifecycle (leave requests, vacations, severance, disabilities, and absenteeism), ensuring timely reporting for accurate payroll processing. Coordinating goods receipt at alternate warehouses, reverse logistics, and basket dispatch, ensuring traceability and on-time delivery. Reporting inventory levels, managing third-party assets, and leading reverse logistics to optimize customer basket turnover. Ensuring personnel protection through controlled provision of PPE and proper allocation of operational equipment. Ensuring 100% of your team is trained according to the assigned schedule. Managing replenishments, protocol adjustments, and training reinforcement based on inspection and audit results. Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
