Job Summary: Plan, execute, and monitor warehouse activities, coordinating plans and improvements with the supervisor while ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards. Job Description: Plan, execute, and monitor activities assigned to this role, and coordinate with the warehouse supervisor on plans and improvements related to warehouse operations. Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring that respective assistants perform temperature and relative humidity measurements in the warehouse according to frequencies established in the procedure, under ambient or controlled environmental conditions. Ensure and/or operate the WMS for controlling warehouse movements and inventory management. Ensure proper conditioning of imports (HANDLED) and invoices (Post-Picking), complying with technical management guidelines so they may be authorized by said management, and control and report quantities of approved conditioned products, considering their quality status, labeling, quantities, location, etc. Ensure and verify compliance with Good Storage Practices in the warehouse; likewise, ensure and control access of visitors, personnel, and suppliers to the warehouse, safeguarding compliance with GMPs and industrial safety. Guarantee receipt, processing, and routing of returned products for quality review according to quality standards and reporting. Ensure, control, and verify proper warehouse organization. Familiarity with various client agreements; must prepare a service quality statistic measuring agreed-upon parameters, performed at least monthly (unless otherwise specified in a client agreement).
