Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to work plans and good practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the execution of the logistics staff's daily work plan 2. Coordinate and supervise inventory rotation in the warehouse 3. Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices Biff, a food company and 100% Boyacense enterprise specializing in meat products and sausages, requires personnel to work as a Logistics Supervisor in its wholesale warehouse located in the Eastern Industrial Center sector of Tunja, Boyacá. Minimum 1 year of experience in the following or related functions (documentation or certifications required): 1\. Supervise the execution of the logistics staff's daily work plan. 2\. Conduct temperature control of all cold rooms at the end of each shift. 3\. Coordinate and supervise inventory rotation of products stored in the assigned warehouse. 4\. Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices by supervised staff and cleaning and disinfection tasks according to schedule. 5\. Coordinate staff entry times, mid-shift breaks, and final departure times. 6\. And others. Salary: To be agreed upon + social benefits + transportation allowance. Work schedule: Shift-based.
