Your objective will be to support the coordination of all logistics processes, appropriately managing assigned human and physical resources to meet established goals and indicators—fulfilling our value proposition, ensuring customer satisfaction, distribution efficiency, and profitability—thereby driving your business unit to maximum daily efficiency. Requirements Technical degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in basic office and collaborative tools (Office 365), specifically Excel (Intermediate level). Communication and negotiation skills, customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities. Minimum one year of specific experience in transportation logistics operations, personnel management, manifest handling, among others. · Working Conditions Direct indefinite-term employment contract with the company. Salary: COP $2,047,032 plus statutory benefits. Schedule: Rotating shifts.
