




Position Summary: We are seeking a Fleet and Maintenance Analyst responsible for ensuring fleet vehicle availability and safety through planning, execution, and control of maintenance activities. Key Highlights: 1. Manages master maintenance plans based on operating hours, mileage, or cycles. 2. Coordinates maintenance activities with workshops, vehicle brands, and authorized suppliers. 3. Manages documentation, budgets, and controls fleet-related costs. We are looking for a Fleet and Maintenance Analyst responsible for guaranteeing the availability, safety, and optimal performance of our vehicle fleet. This position involves planning, executing, and controlling preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as managing documentation, supplier relations, and cost control. Main Responsibilities: Develop and execute the Master Maintenance Plan based on operating hours, mileage, or cycles. Coordinate maintenance activities with partner workshops, vehicle brands, and authorized suppliers. Monitor vehicle downtime and ensure prompt equipment reavailability. Maintain up-to-date fleet documentation (SOAT, mechanical-technical inspection certificates, certifications, registration documents). Manage the workshop directory and negotiate service rates and agreements. Manage work orders, costs, and monthly budgets. Supervise inventories of critical spare parts and consumables. Monitor mileage, wear alerts, and conduct periodic inspections. Manage insurance policies and claims with insurers until case closure. Prepare management reports and KPIs (availability, cost per km, plan compliance). Support the Road Safety Strategic Plan (PESV) and technical actions to reduce risks.
