We are seeking a Maintenance and Local Repairs Assistant to join our team and handle facility and equipment maintenance in the city. The ideal candidate must possess skills in using manual tools, be capable of traveling throughout the city as the role involves visiting multiple clients, have experience in maintaining and installing dispensers, and be able to deliver excellent customer service. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Educational level: High school diploma or technical degree in local repairs or related fields. * Ability to navigate within the city and availability to travel according to work requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Perform maintenance and local repairs at each client’s facilities. * Operate manual tools such as drills, wrenches, and others to carry out maintenance tasks. * Install and maintain equipment including dispensers, purifiers, water fountains, and similar devices. * Maintain a professional personal appearance and courteous interaction with clients. * Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude in all assigned tasks. **Desirable Skills:** * Professional personal appearance. * Ability to interact with customers courteously and respectfully. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: COP $1,500,000 + transportation allowance + communication allowance. * Non-statutory flexible bonus of COP $200,000, applicable on the fourth payroll. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM.
