Description

Job Summary: Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet, ensuring vehicles remain in optimal condition. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet. 2. Verification and validation of the physical and mechanical condition of vehicles. 3. Support in spare parts inventory management and procurement. 1. Planning, execution, scheduling, and monitoring of preventive maintenance for the company-owned fleet. 2. Generate assistance and scheduling for corrective maintenance. 3. Support tracking of road incidents regarding vehicle condition. 4. Verify the condition of the company-owned fleet through vehicle inspections (documentation, equipment, physical and mechanical condition of vehicles). 5. Validate, inspect, and ensure proper entry and exit of vehicles from yards. 6. Support vehicle readiness activities. 7. Support procurement processes by providing quotations for maintenance services and spare parts. 8. Complete and update vehicle life records, considering assigned contracts, company-owned fleet, or third-party fleet. 9. Receive, track, analyze, and report pre-operational inspections. 10. Generate maintenance management indicators. 11. Support spare parts inventory management.
