Profile We Are Seeking ✔ Certifiable experience in facility maintenance. ✔ Knowledge of masonry, painting, plastering, and finishing. ✔ Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing. ✔ Valid **C1 or C2** driver’s license (preferably with driving experience). ✔ Availability to travel within Bogotá and its surrounding areas as required by operations. ✔ Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively. ✔ Responsible, honest, punctual, and service-oriented individual. ✔ Strong sense of belonging, organization, and commitment to quality work. Main Responsibilities ✔ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities. ✔ Carry out facility modifications, repairs, and infrastructure improvements. ✔ Operate company vehicles when required. ✔ Provide logistical and operational support at assigned locations. ✔ Maintain tools and work areas in optimal condition.
