We require a professional in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of three years of experience in directing, coordinating or supervising diesel vehicle repair workshops. Technical advisory experience to customers, commercial service management, and portfolio management are essential. The objective of this position is to ensure comprehensive resolution of customer needs through appropriate administration of departmental resources, compliance with procedures and policies, and operational optimization to ensure profitability and customer retention. This role involves team leadership, performance indicator monitoring, process control, service sales management, and technical customer support.
