We seek individuals with experience in mill operation and raw material mixture preparation, committed to quality and adherence to production processes. Job Objectives Ensure proper preparation and supply of raw materials in the production process by preparing mixtures according to technical specifications, collecting and processing sprues for reintroduction into the process, recording and tracking mixing and milling orders, and correctly classifying materials—thereby contributing to operational efficiency and final product quality. Functions and Responsibilities - Collect sprues gathered by machine operators and transport them to the milling process for processing. - Start up various machines and peripherals, such as mills and mixers. - Return milled material to its corresponding machine for use. - Record and track each assigned process according to mixing and milling orders. - Classify materials according to type and characteristics (HDPE, LDPE, PP, and pigments). - Prepare mixtures according to technical specifications and supply machines. - Comply with industrial safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE). Desired Knowledge: Operation of industrial mills, basic identification of plastic types, and industrial safety regulations on-site. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles at plastic production plants. Conditions: Initial fixed-term contract for 6 months, directly with the company.
