Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Control Analyst to coordinate processes, manage suppliers, and ensure operational efficiency in air cargo, with a focus on continuous improvement. We are looking for an Operations Control Analyst and/or Operations Control Center Analyst. A professional specialized in air cargo operations, with experience in process coordination and supplier management. Oriented toward ensuring operational efficiency in dynamic environments, with a focus on continuous improvement and a holistic view of the business. Education: Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate English proficiency is required. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in operational monitoring and management, with the ability to respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, as well as experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Working Conditions: Monday to Friday office hours + 1 weekend remotely (with compensatory day off). Work modality: On-site. Competitive salary + company benefits.
