Opportunity for Operations Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise cross-docking, loading, and unloading activities. Supervise goods receipt, storage, and dispatch; control stock rotation and traceability. Inventory management and reconciliation: daily controls, adjustments, investigations of shortages and overstock. Coordinate and lead operational teams (task assignment, shift scheduling, KPI compliance). Schedule and coordinate with carriers and external suppliers. Documentary control and recordkeeping: delivery notes, waybills, loading orders, and incident reports. Implement and monitor operational metrics (On-Time Delivery, cycle times, productivity, error rates). Generate and analyze reports in Excel for decision-making (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts). Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and warehouse best practices. Support continuous improvement: identify optimization opportunities and execute operational projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree holder or advanced student in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations; specific cross-docking experience preferred. Solid knowledge of inventory management, logistics KPIs, and warehouse processes. Intermediate Excel proficiency Leadership skills, clear communication, and teamwork ability. Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems. Availability to work rotating shifts and occasional local mobility within the city. Soft Skills: Proactivity and results orientation. Organization and time management.
