3. Focus on fine motor skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
We are a perfumery with over 40 years in the market, located in downtown Medellín. We manage a catalog of more than 2\.900 references, with sales through physical stores and nationwide shipping.
We seek an organized, agile, and meticulous person to join our warehouse team.
**What will you do?**
* Prepare decants: package original perfume into 5ml and 10ml bottles following an exact method of measurement, sealing, and labeling. No prior experience required—we will train you.
* Assemble and pack orders for national shipping and home delivery.
* Assist in product organization and inventory management.
* Keep the work area clean and orderly.
* Perform other warehouse-related duties.
**What are we looking for?**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in production lines, packaging, packing, product conditioning, or order assembly. Candidates from cosmetics plants, laboratories, food processing, garment manufacturing, or flower post-harvest operations are especially welcome.
* We value job stability: we seek someone who will stay and grow with us.
* This is a hands-on role—not physically demanding: filling, sealing, labeling, and packing small, fragile items throughout the shift while maintaining pace and quality standards.
* Steady hand, strong fine motor skills, and attention to detail. We handle high-value products, leaving no margin for spills or labeling errors.
* Ability to learn a method and apply it consistently every day.
* Self-checking before completion: if a bottle is poorly sealed or a label is incorrect, we prefer that the process be paused and reported rather than proceeding with errors.
* Strong teamwork skills. The warehouse is a shared space, and each person’s work directly affects the next step.
**Conditions**
* Fixed-term employment contract, including all statutory benefits.
* Current legal minimum wage \+ transportation allowance.
* Working hours: Monday to Saturday, on-site.
* Workplace: downtown Medellín.
* Immediate availability.
* Genuine opportunity for growth within the company.
