Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to manage and settle payroll using ERP Softland and Excel. Key Highlights: 1. Accurate and timely payroll management and settlement 2. Use of ERP Softland and Microsoft Excel 3. Teamwork and problem-solving We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our team immediately. The selected candidate will be responsible for payroll management and settlement using our ERP Softland system. Prior experience with this software and payroll settlement is essential. In addition, a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for analyzing and processing payroll-related data. The candidate must ensure that all payroll settlements are accurate and completed on time, meeting established deadlines. They will be responsible for reviewing entered data, correcting potential errors, and communicating with relevant departments to resolve any discrepancies in payroll calculations. The candidate is expected to demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Problem-solving ability and the capacity to work under pressure are also essential for this role. A meticulous and detail-oriented attitude is required to ensure accuracy across all payroll-related processes. This is an on-site position, and regular office attendance is expected.
