The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency and optimal performance of equipment and personnel. Proven experience in operating CNC machines and solid knowledge of production processes are required. The ideal candidate must be capable of leading teams, coordinating activities, and proactively resolving technical issues. The Plant Manager is expected to maintain high-level communication with supervisors and workers, fostering a collaborative and safe working environment. Additionally, familiarity with industrial safety regulations and ensuring all operations comply with them is required. The ability to analyze production data and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs will be viewed favorably. The selected candidate must demonstrate leadership skills, the ability to make quick decisions, and a commitment to excellence in production. A proactive attitude and a results-oriented mindset are required.
