Education: Technician or graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to Power Platform, process automation, digital forms, technical scripting, or low-code solutions. Experience building workflows, applications, or collaborative solutions on Microsoft 365. Desirable experience using Python for integrations, technical automation, API consumption, or supporting components. Experience with Copilot Studio, virtual agents, AI-assisted automation, or applied artificial intelligence components. Technical requirements: Knowledge of Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint. Functional knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Forms, Outlook, and standard connectors. Knowledge of automation design, basic process modeling, digital forms, and low-code orchestration. Familiarity with Dataverse, REST APIs, JSON, permissions, environments, connectors, and basic governance of Microsoft solutions. Basic or intermediate Python knowledge for technical scripting, integrations, auxiliary automations, and light data handling. Desirable knowledge of prompting, conversational design, knowledge management, and functional testing of AI agents.
