Printer Support Specialist Technician – IT Sector We are a growing IT company specializing in technological solutions, infrastructure, and enterprise services. We are looking for a Printer Support Specialist Technician to provide in-person support, assist our users, and ensure the operational continuity of their printing platforms. About the Role We need a technically skilled professional with solid experience in multifunction printer support, fault diagnosis, user assistance, and helpdesk tool management. Your role will be critical in ensuring that technology never stops. Key Responsibilities ✅ In-person support for internal users and incident resolution. ✅ Ticket registration, tracking, and escalation. ✅ Diagnosis and resolution of malfunctions in multifunction printers, computing equipment, and basic software. ✅ Installation, configuration, and maintenance of peripherals and printers. ✅ Incident documentation and generation of technical reports. Requirements Education: Technical degree in systems, computer science, electrical engineering, electronics, telecommunications, computer maintenance, or telematics. Or at least six (6) semesters of undergraduate studies in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Science. Certifications: Completion of printer support courses issued by a recognized manufacturer (e.g., HP, Epson, Canon, Lexmark, Samsung, Xerox, Ricoh, Oki Data, Kyocera, etc.). Experience: Minimum three (3) years of general work experience. Minimum two (2) years of certified, specialized experience in multifunction printer technical support. Skills: Customer service, assertive communication, organization, teamwork, and results orientation.
